The double room is stunning and has a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. There is a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

My junior suite was panoramic, modern. The bed was big, ATTENTIVE staff from the reception to the kitchen to the porter. Stunning central location near to the Salvatore restaurant overlooking the sea, beautiful Ravello, a calm haven in the midst of the frenetic Amalfi Coast at Easter and the coast.

The location is great and brilliant as it's a short walk to the garden where other guests are enjoying the sun. A calm haven in the midst of the frenetic Amalfi Coast. - There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend staying here in Palazzo Confalone on your Ravello trip. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to a lovely garden where you can relax in the sun. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling Amalfi Coast, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby for your convenience.

I didn't want to leave, had a relaxing experience and would definitely return here. Comfortable hotel in a marvelous and brilliant location. - the property was close to Ravello, a very beautiful town on the Amalfi coast, the square, bus station, and the Bay of Salerno. - the room was delightful and offered hair dryers, a spa bathtub, and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. - Enjoyable and excellent breakfasts with stunning views and croissants; the staff were welcoming overall.

My stay in this "4 Star" hotel was the worts experience that ever had. The room had no electricity until 11:30pm (my checkin was at 12pm). When finally the electricity was fix the tv, the freezer and the air- conditioning were not working. In top of that they charge the hold night and did not even offer a bottle of water. My American Express Platinum is taking care of these.

We traveled with 2 couple that had the same problem with the air- conditioning .....

The views of the coast and mountains were magnificent. My junior suite was panoramic and modern. - the terrace, dressing room, and storage in the suite were great. - the central location was amazing, not far from Ravello, a beautiful town on the Amalfi coast. - the weekend was truly enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble.

Ravello is a magical place and Hotel Palumbo is in a beautiful historic building full of antiques. The room had a panoramic view of the Amalfi Coast and was very comfortable with plenty of towels and pillows. The breakfast was delicious with a la cart service for eggs and coffee served on the outdoor patio overlooking the sea. The hotel is right next door to Villa Rufolo with its beautiful gardens and the Ravello concert we attended.

The bathroom in out room was very much in need of updating. The taps leaked and the toilet was noisy when refilling. It was quite shabby and not what you would expect to find in a five star hotel. There was wall decoration which looked as if it had been sprayed on using a stencil and was quite kitsch and tacky. The walls would be much more elegant with plain lime wash. The first morning we must have arrived to breakfast at the busiest time and there was only one waiter running his legs off. He was joined later by a waitress and because of the a la cart service they had no time to replenish the buffet. The mineral water and fruit platter had run out. I reminded the waitress I was waiting for fruit and it became obvious it had been sitting in the kitchen already prepared but the wait staff were busy delivering the breakfast orders to the guests. The next morning we arrived earlier and appeared to be the first guests. The service was impeccable but there were still only the two waiters!

Early morning construction, dated rooms. Surprisingly high price for subpar facilities.

    Quiet, peaceful, very pleasant staff.

No access to beach or pool. Very small, outdated room. Poor value for money.
